Please help,
I am restoring a 1956 Thunderbird with a 312 engine.   The Generator was off the engine when I got it and I'm now putting everything back together.   The generator bracket looks like it could mount in two different places.. one is onto an existing bolt for the timing chain cover and the other location is just below it in a hole in the front motor mount plate (i would need a bolt/nut to attach it).  I am thinking it belongs on the hole in the motor mount plate and not use the existing bolt for the timing chain cover.

This is where I think it goes

Can anyone help me on this?  Thank's so much
Wes
