I need to replace my primary carb for a 553 3x2 on a 312Y. Any recommendations? I have Charlie Prices  94 carbs for outboard carbs. I have a manual choke and heat risers blocked off.

A 56 Ford 2 Bbl might be a possible.. Looks much like the Holley 94s & has auto choke & bigger venturies. Some mod might be needed?
