My friend replaced the two hoses between the control valve and cylinder on his 1957 Fairlane and he can"t get them to stop leaking, Any Ideas would help Thank You

If its leaking at the Control Valve end its possible the Seats in the valve are damaged. They are replaceable but probably best done by a Company like Lares.

same issue ,found some hoses 2 short,as well be sure to use proper brake line wrench.my hoses where from mack. i eventually went to hyd shop had 2 made.(57 ranchero)

Maybe the connectors on the new hoses are metric ?
