Probably C0Tf-12127-?  1960 original Application. May also be a replacement reconditioned Unit. The current Exchange Unit is Cardone 30-2808  available through many Parts Stores. There have been some Problems reported with incorrect Shafts installed and Gears in wrong Location. If You order One check dimensions against the One You have now. Rock Auto also sells them using a 1964 Ford F100 292 as the Application.
