Interested in hearing the surprise.  I guess it will be in an article of YBM.

Had a full day testing intakes and carburetors with Ted Eaton, and was an eye opener as well as creating more questions.  Just a hint, and picture test for future information to be sharedhttp://forums.y-blocksforever.com/uploads/images/245ff294-5d5b-47f1-95ae-e10d.jpg.http://forums.y-blocksforever.com/uploads/images/0801caaa-8042-46e9-ab1b-89f3.jpgThe difference between the ported and non ported intakes was not as anticipated since the manifold design simply does not allow for great engine performance.  I hope to do a complete article on the differences, as well as the reasons for what was found in the dyno testing comparison.  Was a full day with Ted, but the day ended with a surprise for us both.  Joe-JDC
