Why aftermarket Fe rockers dont fit on Y?
Pushrod ball size might be different and Fe got slightly bigger rocker shaft but that is quite easy to fix, but is there any other differences?

Shaft to tip lenght maybe?

FE adjustable rocker arms usually are 1.76 ratio.  I would think that would be putting the valves close to hitting the bore with a performance camshaft.  As with anything, you can mock it up and see if it looks feasible.  The arm length will be an issue in sitting over the valve stem tip in proper location.  You might need to come up with new billet stands to move the shafts to center the arms over the valve, but have to clearance the pushrod holes a bit.  Joe-JDC

It also looks like there is no offset built into FE rocker arms.  That will further complicate pushrod alignment.

This is accounted for by the wide tip of factory Y rockers and in aftermarket rockers it is accounted for by the adjuster or roller tip positioning.

Sounds like a lot of work but not impossible if pushrod to tip lenght is not too long.
