Hi! I am collecting parts for a 292 build for a hot rod truck project. I see pics of the sideways mounted holleys on Charlie dovers T bird , I want to do this same setup with my edelbrock 257 manifold. My question is I notice the front carb is a vacuum secondary , But the rear carb has no vacuum canister? Anyone know what holleys he uses on his setup?? THANKS!!

Are my eyes playing tricks on me or does that wagon have a plexiglass roof?

Didn't notice at first glance, I was looking at that beauty of a motor. That roof is pretty kool! Kind of Impractical in California, but, VERY kool! Rowen

I vaguely remember Doug Dover telling me that the clear roof section in the wagon was salvaged from a glass top Crown Victoria. I don’t remember him saying if the clear top came out of a ’55 or ’56 though.

I would have never guessed a 'glass top would work on a wagon with the different roof profiles. Looks real good though. Of course the engines a beauty too but it's a y block so that's a given.

It's got quite a bit of gingerbread and the biggest upper radiator tank I've ever seen. Looks good.

If I'm not mistaken the glass roof insert is from a 1954 Ford.

The rear carb probably has one of those old school mechanical secondary "kickers" on it with a small return spring. EELCO used to sell one type, there were others.
