A big congratulation goes out to Ted, John, Geoff and Royce for keeping the dream alive!
 I am thinking the small block Ford is a Windsor with Cleveland heads. They will have to give the LS it's own class next year so they don't have to compete with Ford so they can win.

Thanks for the kudos guys.  Being the second engine to run in the class, it left the remaining competitors a target to shoot for and knowing how many points they needed in which to beat the 2785 points my engine put up on the board.  My score did manage to hold up to the end for a first place finish.


I actually made 603.2 HP on the last pull but didn’t use that sheet for the scoring.  I’m in the process of contacting the right people on the HR website to get that peak HP number corrected.  Here’s the sheet of the last pull made which did exceed the 600 HP number at 6500 rpms.  A good HP number on that pull but score suffered due to trading torque for horsepower.
