I didn't want to take the "Edelbrock" post to far off topic. But this article was sent to me when I was in the middle of selecting a cam. Some might disagree with some of it, but it helped me get my head around cam spec's. The part about LCA's, overlap, and vacumn probably applies to the E4 cam. That and altitude
