Update! The oil leak was at the rear lip of the oil pan. That surprise me as I put the gasket on while the engine was on the motor stand upside down. All look good however the gasket was new but quite old. Maybe the cork was not up to snuff!!!!!! Any way new gasket coming from O'Reilly Auto Parts. Gene S.

Make sure the side seals for the rear main retainer are flush with the pan rail. You can trim any excess with a razor.
