Boring a 272 block to a 292

Found a set of standard 292 pistons that only have about 500 miles on them so I am thinking about building the 272 motor I have instead of the 62 292 since it will probably need to be bored to clean up and the pistons will be free,is there anything I need to have checked before doing this.


Butchering up everything I can get my hands on in Dayton Ohio

Jeff  I have a 272 block that has been bored to 292 and never built.If you want it the price is $50.00 ,just a bare block  Carl

Yes I would be interested in that block if I get those pistons,if I do enough looking I might be able to build a motor very reasonable.
