Is it a 1/4 turn or something to lock the ignition in place? Mine seemed to fall out on me while leaving work and i cant seem to get it to 100% tight. I dont want to pull everything apart just to see how it locks into the cylinder.

Thursday was a rough day as old ford stuff went, that was also the day i realized the new 1960's made Sorenson headlight switch that was a replacement for my 2 month old Mac's switch wasnt threaded. This is after the mac's switch broke the retainer for the knob.  Apparently someone missed it back in the day and it's been in the box on a shelf ever since. Oh and i think the rheostat for the dash lights broke too...
