I live about a hundred miles away in Indiana, but that's a bit far for dinner!

Sure, but its a GOOOOODD  burger!  Oh well, I figured Id throw it out there to see if there was anyone else close to chicago to try to hook up.... was worth a shot.

Thanks for the replies!... and good luck with all the driving!

I'll run 1200 miles in the next two days delivering a motor home to Florida, 8mpg @ 4.00, plus whatever it takes to get back! (another 1200)

So I got to thinking... if there are other y-blockers in chicagoland, maybe we could get together for a cruise night or something?  Im in the north-west suburbs (near lake zurich, et.al.) and there is the Volo auto museum nearby.  Also a dog n suds that has a big cruise night every saturday, an operating drive in theater in mchenry, and cruise nights in downtown richmond on fridays.

I know further south is friday night cruise nights in wheaton and downers grove, and elmhurst on wednesday.

Im asking because my wife and I try to do some of these, but we RARELY see any other y-blocks (except for the little t-birds)... might be fun to meet up with a few others at one of these events....

Any thoughts?
