Does anyone have a one-page wiring diagram for the power windows, 2Dr Victoria Ht. I was able to find a diagram for the 1957 Fairlane but that doesn't answer my question. Someone told me that on the 55's 6V system there were relays at all 4 positions. but this design was not carried forward into the 56's with 12V systems. The wiring I have has provisions seemingly for the motor, the switch and for a relay at each station. Is this correct for the 56 or should it be like the 57. If someone could forward a wiring schematic it would be much appreciated. Thanks

When I converted my 55 to 12 volt, I replaced the motors with 12 v units.  The relays were pretty bad after so many years and I couldn't find OEM 12 volt units.  I ordered relays from wiringproducts.com.  The relays I ordered are much smaller than the originals plus are rated for more amps. Work great.
