Believe it or not I actually have to agree with Lon!!! LOL I was part of the Crown Victoria Association for a while, but let my membership lapse. Nothing against the CVA, just I didn't get near any of the advice or friendship that I have gotten through this site! Plus here I don't have to pay dues! Welcome to the club, and if you want to go to the annual meeting, just show up at the Y-Block Shoot Out! You can race if you want, or just hang out with some GREAT guys and girls!!!
I love the smell of burning rubber in the morning!

I'll back up what Chuck said. You will not find a car club anywhere in the world as good as this site .With people like Jim Culver ,Bob Martin, Ted Eaton, Yeeha ,( even a Canadian called Bob or Rob ??)Chuck ,Bill, Frank ,John, Gary ,Royce , Tom, Vic ,Gordon, Wally Jerry ,etc, etc etc.( the list goes on ) you are in with the most awesome bunch ever . I have been lucky enough to attend the Y Block Nationals quite a few times .Its a long haul from Australia to Columbus ,but worth every minute .These guys ( & girls ) will go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. It's better than any car club because there is no politics & BS. No AGM's ,no meetings ,no elections ? .Jim is the President ,secretary & CEO ( FOREVER ) no questions asked .People ask me all the time which car club am I in ??? . I tell them "Y Blocks Forever " Regards Lon

Another yes sir to that! I have the sticker in my window and their/our hat on my head, and NEVER once had anyone recognize or even ask about either. Shame, when you look the through the FoMoCo Times, there are some really nice cars..............in Fla, NY,MD,.......etc, etc, etc.....

I've been a CVA member for many years and I live in SoCal I have never met another member or club representative in all my years of going to car shows. I don't think they care much about anything west of the Mississippi.

I'm in So Cal. I recieved an email once for a run to the Bakersfield area and I just bought the car and didn't know enough to trust it. I would like to get together with other of like persuasion but it doesn't seem likely. There is a Ford cruise club out of a fairly local dealer but only 2010-2015 Mustang show up. (WGAS) a few at the dealership care for old cars but not much else.. Good luck

Yep, they do. I'm a member and have their roster. I have tried to contact several members in the area through their e-mail addresses as listed and have not received a single response. Most of those folks are purists (sp?) and that's not me.
