I have an auto bell crank that the spring for the shift points is weak I need a new spring or complete bell crank

Those springs are important. If the tension is wrong the shift points will be screwed up. That said you need to find a matching used one from the same setup or order a new one from one of the parts providers. I think Dennis Carpenter or Mac's would have one.
