Brodie...  The picture of your '55 looks very nice.  Your 13 years of ownership reflect significant time, effort, and accomplishment.  Kudos!  Any 'warts' that you're referring to in your written advertisement are dwarfed by the list of work accomplished and modifications employed.  With the improvements you've made I'm sure that your '55 handles, drives, and performs far differently than it did when it was produced 60 years ago.

I hope that you own another y-block powered ride.  If not, thanks for your input while a Forum member... and Best Wishes going forward.

Regards,

Thanks for the kind words Charlie. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stewardship with the Y block. I learned to drive on my older brother's 56 Fairlane Club Coupe in 1964. Those were good times and the 55 was sort of a tribute to him who left us way too soon.
Maybe I will give it another 13 years if it doesn't sell....

Your '55 cannot be replicated for your asking price, Brodie.

Hey, I also got my driver's license and graduated from high school, too, in '64.  Small world!   Smile
