Senior made a lot of stuff because he was a true Hot Rodder who saw a need. As time goes on it seems to end up being about the "Benjamin's" and not much else. Jr's got to make a profit and move with "progress". Even if you had their molds you could not do them unless authorized by him and they are not about to do that.
I just took a tour of an aluminum foundry in Bell Gardens which still does specialty work, for us, a few car club plaques. They were getting ready to pour aluminum Ford 302 small blocks. The pour is usually for 6 at a time. A GREAT education on what the inside of a complete mold set up looks like prior to the top cover is put on. 460# of aluminum is poured into the mold so you can get a 200# block after all the excess is cut off then the machining would start. My 302 GMC 6 crossflow head was poured there. Donavan 4's and V8's are done there too along with most of the engine stuff for Nick Arias Jr.

Vic senior of course, did fairly extensive work & castings for Y-blocks.. There are several types of aftermarket valve covers for our engine, including I believe repops of the original T-Bird covers. I think Mummert has a couple of valve cover types available..but the're not Edelbrock's..

Ps . My dad was in the Road Runners car club back in da day w/ Vic Edelbrock Sr. giddy up

I still think the T-Bird valve covers are the best looking ones anyone ever made.

They won't make it go faster but they sure look good. Going rate 6 or 7 years ago was about $350. I've since seen them in the $500 range. They come up very seldom and they aren't reproduced. Good luck.
