I sure I read a while back that a front sway bar from a 86 style T-Bird or Cougar (Bill Elliot style Bird ) will bolt right in to my 56 Vicky? Has anyone tried this? I have access to two of them and since my motor is out and I am cleaning up under the hood, I figured, now would be a good time to do the swap! Please let me know, thanks!

A 55-56 Ford station wagon sway bar will fit and is heavier than the passenger car one.

You can buy replacement heavy sway bars, I am just on a budget (especially with building my motor now!) so I wa just curious if anyone had tried this? I guess I should get off the couch and give it a try. LOL I will let everyone know.
