Okay Bibirt, the engine pics did it, I personally could not modify this example, just couldn't do it. At this point I'm done.

Again I repeat I would not modify this truck even though the seat upholstery and seat belts are not original.

As much as this site promotes the Y-block, I'm with the guys that say leave the 6 cyl in it. They're good engines & can be modified to perform well. In the past I've seen "B" modified oval track cars, that were quite successful using The 223's .One company that I seem to recall that made hop up equipment for them, that you might find, say on E bay, was Clifford Research. They specialized in 6 cylinder speed parts  The company motto was 6 = 8.

You do not help me in my choice to switch to a V8, but you are honest, I will take the time it takes to analyze the situation change, you are right when you say that the engine sound is unique and untouchable, but the sound of a V8 is amazing too.
I have some adjustment to do this winter, install biax tire repair the steering box and I would see later if I have this crazy idea to make the modification, by this time I stay in touch with you Unfortunately, your opinion is very important to me.
I would send you pictures this winter
Thank you all

Are you able to post a larger size or have a link to the actual article? I would like to read it.
