Early Thunderbird pricing seems to be in line with the slump in the economy. One of our forum members recently picked up a nice ’55 ‘Bird in South Texas simply because he left them with what he thought was a ridiculously low offer and was called several months later to come and get it.

It looks like its around half price so that just doesn't make sense.
And it seems like a lot of trouble to go to to rip someone off for $500 considering the seller has a feedback score of 475
The paintwork is a bit average around some of the seams and I bet it's got a bit of bog in it as well but it's a good price

If it's legit and as described and pictured, it's a very good deal. I have a 57 that I'd not even consider selling for that money.

Always be careful on something that the price seems to good to be true. Lot of scammers out there posting things for sale They take your deposit and run. Easy way to make 500 bucks.
