I want to put a parking brake handle to the right of my driver's seat to make the underside of the dash more accessible.  I don't like the aftermarket offerings.  They look so boring and cheap.  I want a pistol grip style and I know that Corvettes had them in the 70s.  Surely other makes and models used them.  Anyone know which other cars had those that I can check out.  The one in my Firebird isn't terrible but it is more plastic than I really want.

I don't see anything interesting for Mustangs.

This is the nearest picture I could find. Mine has a brown plastic handle with a push button release. Bolts directly to the floor. It has a hard plastic cover. Chuck

I'm after something like this:

'70s Corvette

A cobra replica:

but that I may have a reasonably good chance of finding in a junk yard.
