So I can get in using internet explorer BUT I cant view the discussion groups from the forum front page.

Can get to current topics from the forums front page but cant see the older topics since they are not a visable link.

Cleared cookies and still no go suggestions.

Did you clear browsing and download history and cache as well?  What browser are you using?
