Want to put oil and water temp gauges on my 272 but don't know where to put the sending units. Would like to keep idiot lights but not necessary. Also, have been reading posts about blocking off the eng block breather, filter and down tube and installing PCV system but don't really want to have to take off valley pan under intake to drill hole for grommet and valve or change to later model truck pan. Is there a Buba way?...I could just put breathers in valve covers and forget PCV unless someone out there has a better (easy) way they would care to share. I guess I'm learning as I fumble along

For an oil pressure gauge, there is a plug on the side of the block near the existing oil pressure sending unit. Take out the plug and use that for the sender or tube for the new gauge. Can't help on the water temp. Its no big deal to drill a hole in the valley pan and there are plenty of those around.
