I've made a little progress on my blower drive. A local machinest made this adapter up out of aluminum. It bolts into the existing Y balancer using a longer center bolt and the two add on pulley bolts. It is a cone shape to clear the sides of the balancer and allows the use of the standard available supercharger belt pullies. This setup would also work with the single belt damper. The machinest said he could make more if anyone wants one. As far as I know this is the only Y-Block blower drive adapter on the market today!
