I think we've been down this road before. My account is near full & for the life of me I can't clear old messages. Can somebody explain the procedure, to someone thats not a computer nerd? Thanks

Messages option on the top, once there on the left side are options, empty PM is the one you want I think, delete is there also if you wish to retain something and remove others.  If you are looking to clear all, don't worry about a mistake, the worst could happen is nothing.

Guess I'm just dense! First I don't want to delete them all. Selected one message in Inbox, went to delete, it confirms if you want to delete it. Push delete.. but when I go back to In Box, it's still there... Sorry I just don't get it!

Choose message to delete in little box at the right , then go below messages to the drop down box left of the "with selected" box and chose "move to: deleted items", then click the "with selected" button and it should go to deleted items.  Then use empty folders on the left side and select deleted items folder, tada I hope.
