Kinda cool old '56 Drag racer on ebay. Check out the engine set back. Someone could have fun with this. '56 Drag Racer

Too bad there’s a hidden reserve price. Lots of parts going with the car but hard to say if it’s a good buy without knowing what the starting price is.

An interesting collection of parts but I am sceptical of it. The engine is set so far back that it is NO gasser, BTW.

Looks pretty interesting, But I'm skeptical too as far as it's drag history. If one is buying a car like this it has to be for historic reasons I think other wise it's just another drag car that needs money and time. I hope it is the real deal though.

I agree its no gasser. Gas classes only allowed 10% setback, this one has the entire engine behind the firewall. That would make this car fall into the altered class somewhere, just like an altered wheelbase car. Looks to be one of those "faux barnfind" cars, likely built in the last couple years.
