Why is it so difficult to delete PM's. There is no "delete" box to check. You have to play around with all the configurations to try to delete them. Can't we have just a delete thing to check and get rid of them?

While I have deleted items in the past, just tried to delete some more and be darned I can't figure it out.

Hi   It took me awhile to figure it out... try this:   on your PM page, on the very RH side, click on the little box beside the message you want to remove, to"check mark" it, then near the RH bottom of the page, click on the empty box to reveal the drop down menu to select "move to deleted items", then click the box to the right marked "with selected"  Your message should end up in the deleted items folder. Now your almost there!  On the LH side of the screen, click on "empty PM folder".....the folders page will come up, showing "inbox, sent items, and deleted items"  On the RH side of the screen, click on the little box to check mark which folder you want emptied and FINALLY, in the center of the sceen hit the "EMPTY SELECTED"   Good luck   Barry

THANKS, Barry! I have been wondering the same thing, but was a long way from figuring it out. Blush

All things considered, for me, working on most anything mechanical seems a lot easier! Smile

I highlighted Barry's note, Printed it and "pinned ," it to my desk. Now I can empty my PM box. I've been living in constant fear that someone was going to offer me a free stuff and I wouldn't be able to contact them because my PM box was full. Thanks Barry.
