Ken: Just for info,the factory never made a Tri-Power intake. They did make two 2x4 intakes. Before you buy a 3 carb intake you might want to look back on this site, for the tests of 3 carb intakes done by our Moderator Ted, about a year ago. One make tested badly...

Thanks for the tips so far, I had posted a similar ad on The Ford Barn and have some pictures coming from a man there, and I have an Offy with carbs from a guy on Craigslist interested to sell.

Yes always checking Ebay as well.  Sometimes I am trying to weight the differences of ones with carbs, ones without and those inbetween.

I just want to feel that I bought the right one and the cost was a good one. 

The carbs will be a seperate deal as I am not sure if I am going to go full bore for all Chrome, but I do know I want to try progressive linkage first before just having two dummies.

I have decided the project I am doing, there will not be a short cut, and I decided to up the ante on my original idea..Reach a little higher.

To update I will be purchasing a complete rebuilt set from Gas Alley Streetrods in Kansas City KS

Ken: If the Tri-Power set you are planning to buy from Gas Alley is by chance based on an Offy.. I wouldn't pay much for it. The Offy placed last in a comparison of 7 intakes...
