I have a picture of two of Kaorl Miller's '56s together.  One is a hardtop, like his original Bonneville car, orange/white/orange.  The other is a convertible, it has orange in the center, white on the bottom.  The top is down in the pic, so I don't know the top color.  But, this is not to say it is a factory paint scheme.  The original Ford code for the Mandarin orange was M-2J-533.  The data plate code letter is N.

White, color, white that you ask about was available, but was a Special paint code and required a long wait for the car.

Sorry, I can't do the scan and send thing with my ancient computer.  He sent me the pics about 3 years ago.  The two I mentioned, he also sent a pic of his two tone blue '56 HT, and he also has a '55 truck.  He had talked about "thinning the herd", but I don't know if he has sold any of them.  Except for the lack of holes in the front fenders and 4 exhaust pipes per side, the orange and white HT looks like it just came back from his Bonneville excursion.  He did tell me that it has an I-6 in it, and he's building a souped 6 for it.
