I purchased ss steel scuff pads from classicauto parts in Colorado in January and due to the weather I didn't  attempt to put them on my 55 Fairlane until March and guess what they were 1-1/4" to short on the lenght side, when I contacted them they said sorry it has been more than 7 days so it's not our problem . The length need to be 7-1/4" and these are 6".

My fender skirts are stock skirts and their ad said for a 55 or 56 ford . Are they different size skirts for the fairlanes, I want to offer these for sale but I want to find out what they will fit if I can.

Also read they fine print, never too old to learn a lesson.

All '55-'56 front fenders and rear quarter panels for Ford Cars were the exact same, Mainline, Customline, and Fairlane, including Station Wagon and Sedan Delivery.  The only difference was between Tudor and Fordor; the distance between the curve of the back door and the begining of the arch on quarter panels.

I think Thunderbird was different.

Royal Oak, Michigan (Four miles north of Detroit, and 12 miles NORTH of Windsor, Canada).  That's right, we're north of Canada.
