Does anyone have a current source/company that offers a remanufactured 1957-64 distributor?

As of about 2 months ago, Larry's Thunderbird & Mustang listed one on their site. Not sure though if it's an outright sale or if they just rebuild yours.

If it's an original distributor, you'll have to supply a rebuildable core. Affordable aftermarket electronic distributors, like CRT/TSP are available.

A warning.  Cardone was selling re-manufactured units bu they were using 289/302 croes which turned out were a mite too short so beware.

thanks all - had a guy contact me to ask for sources. Was not aware that many of the major parts houses have dried up on otherwise rebuilt OEM units while the aftermarket continues to proliferate.
