Look like these '56 Packard Tail Lights to me... https://www.liveauctioneers.com/price-result/1956-to-1958-packard-clipper-tail-light-assembly/I used to have fender skirts like those for my '55 Club Sedan...made airing up the rear tires a bit of a process!
