There appears to be copies of this book appearing on the internet being sold as original. I think the first printing was sold out long ago but there are a few people looking for it. The copies being sold have poor reproductions of the inner photographs and seem to be an unauthorized reprint. Can anyone shed some light on this subject and are the books available at places like Barnes & Nobel the original?
