Since my van burned up I'm looking for a deal on an older Ford pickup that is a tow monster. Prefer automatic in rust free drivable condition. I don't have much money to spend as a retiree so I'm looking for a deal. Anybody got anything gathering dust at their shop?

People aren't giving away rust-free, driveable pickups these days.

I'm not sure why, but trucks are really hot at auction. I think it might be a case of "Monkey see, monkey do," no offense intended. 1st-gen Broncos are out of sight. Many of those trucks are being put out to pasture when it comes to being used for actual work; too bad.
