My rear tires are 275/60x15, probably 27” tall. Here’s a shot from the turnpike. GPS says I’m doing 60. Unless my tach is off.

Your tires are closer to 28." According to Spicer's calculator, you're looking at 59.52 mph @ 2800. I think you'll want to go faster on a multi-lane highway.
