I am looking for an original 1/8" NPT pipe plug, like that shown in picture below, used on the carburetor bonnet of supercharged cars. The fitting is made of carbon steel and originally had a blue finish. Please send me an email if you know where I may obtain this. Thanks, Randy

Most of us use a brass plug and run it to a pressure gage.

You might want to check will Hill's and CASCO as they restore Concours F code TBirds.
Another person who may have what your looking for - Adrian Lori - he has a relative that has a bunch of F birds and has a lot of extra parts 570-709-0823

Randy. You may recall selling one or two F code air cleaners to Felix Natoli several years ago. One was chrome plated as I remember. Felix would recommend that you contact Jim Weatherly for the bonnet plug that you are seeking. Jim can be reached at 714-525-9477. Felix and Jim go back many years. Share the history of your car with Jim, he'll be interested and can help you. Jim has helped Felix with some of the nitty-gritty Felix has been working through in putting his F code project together.
Best Wishes, Charlie
