I was looking for an adaptor to go from the Y to a Ford 4r70 auto trans.  I called speed gems up, and they said I could use their adaptor kit for the FE.  They said they just had to change out a few bolt lengths in the kit.  I thought the bolt pattern was different.  If it is the same, could I use the quick time bell that I have to mount a c4 to an Fe on my Y block?
