Sounds like your issue may be lost in the mail system.  I have an EBay book purchase that is way over due with the tracking number provided showing that it was last recorded being in Illinois and then simply dropped out of sight after that.  Here’s what the cover of Issue #159 looks like.  Giving Bruce a call should get you another copy headed your way.

Other than some of the articles I write for the YBM that I put on my website, I’m not aware of any other excerpts from the magazines being published on the web.  Back issues are available though and are sometimes listed in the YBM.
 
Here’s a theory regarding Joe’s missing magazine.  Both the Y-Block Magazine and the book I ordered off of EBay are sitting in a land fill with all the missing mailed in election ballots.
