Someone here who knows if I can use 239 cylinder head EBU 6090 for my 272 engine Ford F 100 ??

It can be done, but not easily. Water port locations are different, long ago Ford ;made head gaskets to allow the change, but are no longer available. You would have to use both 239 heads and the matching 239 or 256 intake manifold for the intake ports to match satisfactorily. As plentiful as 272 and 292 heads are, it probably isn't worth the effort, in my opinion.

What is the casting number on the head? Maybe it isn't really a 239 head.
