Does anyone know the gap between the pertronic module and the trigger wheel. I had to repair wiring and didn't check it first. I didn't keep the plastic gauge either.

.030 is correct. That is the thickness of the plastic spacer supplied with the Kit.

.030" as mentioned, and it's not at all critical. Just make sure the rotating magnet doesn't hit the module due to excess shaft wobble or something like that.
