292 Ford Y Block. Casting numbers say the engine is a 1962 in cars and a 62-64 in trucks. It turns smoothly by hand, it still has a good amount of compression. The condition of the engine is unknown, but it has been stored inside since removed from the vehicle. Overall the heads seem pretty clean there is hardly any gunk and all the oil ports look very clean. The engine is not complete, it is missing parts including, but not limited to, valve covers, valley pan, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, alternator and etc, (does have the water pump and external oil pump) I have not touched this engine in any way. I saw it for sale on Facebook and thought it was a Pontiac engine (from the light blue color).
I want to sell it so it can be used as is should be. If I do not sell it, I will keep it and use it in something. I am located in Southwest Virginia, Bland County Virginia.
I am wanting to get $250 obo for the engine and stand. I prefer meeting in person to sell, but we can discuss shipping if needed. If i do not reply to posts in a timely manner call or text me 54 zero 818 55 five six I apologize if I have broken any forum rules.

That's why we have a classified section so no rule problems there. If someone is interested I will be going to South Carolina and back soon. Could transport. Also I plan to go to the Y-Block Nationals in Cincinnati.
Y's guys rule! Looking for McCullouch VS57 brackets and parts. Also looking for 28 Chrysler series 72 parts. And early Hemi parts.
