I have a problem with my electronic ignition, indeed, I have no pointer timer, so I have to check the top point of the 1 cylinder, I marked the pulley and the block, but I do not know not how many degrees I have to go or back, indeed my customline does not have a top draw engine and the sparks plug are very black. So I think a small offset of the ignition and a setting to do with the carburettor.Thank you !

You can try using a Vacuum Gauge to set best Timing. Old Time Mechanics used to do it that way instead of Timing Light. Hook up a Vacuum Gauge to Manifold Vacuum. Advance the Distributor to highest Vacuum Reading. Turn Distributor opposite direction to retard Timing until Vacuum starts to drop. Set the Distributor half way between the 2 Distributor Positions. If the Engine knocks under Load or hard to start Hot retard Distributor a little at a Time until it no longer does.

You will not be able to set the timing with any accuracy or repeatability until you have a pointer. They are very common parts and there are usually a couple on eBay. The best you an hope for now is that it will run reasonably well. The method Mark outlined should do that.
