I bought a new glove box for my 56 Ford from Concourse. I made a bunch of changes to it to add some additional wiring for an I-Pod, etc. When I go to fit it, it doesn't. Too short in length, screw holes don't line up, etc. (I made no changes to the dimensions of the thing.) Has anyone a suggestion as to where to buy a good one? I see Dennis carpenter sells them, and a few other vendors as well. Any recommendation? Thanks so much Jim

Kahuna: I recently bought a glovebox from Tee Bird, it fit with no problems. Sounds like somebody pulled the wrong part. Larry

Too bad you didn't check it for fit before modifying it. I don't trust anyone these days and I test fit everything I buy. Maybe someone else could use it if someone can figure what it belongs to.

Assuming it was shipped as the correct part, what's the betting it was made in China ?
