Wilcap doesn't show one, which either means they don't make it or you don't need one. I don't know. If nothing surfaces here, try a search at the Ford Barn, there's probably more flathead guys there that might know. Read the rules, do a proper intro, and try the HAMB, also. They're a bit picky with newcomers if you're not already a member.

I have the adaptor you need. I believe it is a bit old but in great shape. If you are interested in it let me know and I will take a pix of it and we can go from there - Bob

You can always make an offer and see what happens. Given that you can't seem to find it anywhere else, and considering the price of similar transmission adapter products, flat-O, Bendtsen, Quick Time, C4 conversion, etc, the prices on eBay seem pretty good. I'd jump on it, before it's gone, if I needed it. Looks like Speedway only has Che vy to flathead adapters.

I used to look every single day on ebay.I really lucked out about 5 yrs ago and bought one for $20.It was listed poorly and compared it to another a few times before I bid.Still hanging there at Dads, likely going into his 49' PU.

If I'm not mistaken a Y-block bellhousing will bolt up to a 49 Ford Pick-up trans, no adapter needed.

The trans should bolt up to a Y bell, but there are two things to check. The first is the diameter of the front bearing retainer (make sure the same size) and the second length of the input shaft to see if they are the same. I assume you are talking about a 49 and later trans. If and earlier trans, you will need an adapter.
