Not mine, don't know seller, found this browsing the online parts auction, thought yblockers might find it interesting.

Love it. Would like to have one made for the T Bird. Never seen one or even heard of this.

The hardest thing is to find a foundry that will cast them. A friend of mine did the Cobra oil pans about 30 years I helped him machine them at the time. He started out by making or having made a wooden "Positive" and a semi-local foundry used it to make sand-cast of them. He was smart enough to make the space around the drain plug extra thick so it was easier to tap.  We built some jigs for drilling and we managed to machine, drill, and tap all 105 pans in about 3 nights. Total time for the project including a short run for trial and error fit was about 4 months.

There are a couple guys making valve covers. Maybe we could put a bug in their ear and express interest. Hopefully the recent y block wins in the EMC will draw interest from aftermarket suppliers.
