I have a 57 Ford  ECZ 9425 B intake manifold for sale.It has been bead blasted and painted with Dupi Color Ford red DE 1605 ,no broken ears or any cracks and gasket surfaces are not pitted. Price is $200.00 plus shipping  from Circleville Ohio  Carl

Carl: I'm not in the market for that intake, thanks, but is that Dupli color red a good match for the original color?  I've found some of  the other so called Ford Reds are either not good quality or are too much on the "orange" side...  (And for anyone that's not familiar with the ECZ- 9425 B intake, it was the best single 4 Bbl factory intake made for our engine. And it can be modified to work even better with suitable cutting & grinding tools & applying a suitable epoxy to the carb mounting area as needed. )

Paul the dupi color is a little darker red than the original Ford red but I think it looks great on a y block.I used dupili color high temp primer under the red and it is really holding up well,my engine has been painted 6 years and still looks good and has not burned off or discolored on the intake manifold crossover   Carl
