Hmmm... I try with polyurethane first. First version was disappointment and if second and third version dont please my eye, then I must look that ebay guy. Thanks.

I have seen black silicon used. could make it in 3 pieces then join them together

I used 2 compound polyurethane windshield glue. It feels quite good but I havent that gun to get nice and clean result. It have place for two glue tubes and electric mixer motor. Hand mixing and glueing is hard because that stuff is thick and sticky like what. So silicone might be easier. I put that trick behind my ear.
