How difficult is it to replace the springs that hold the door flappers (my term for the SS flaps that close when the door is closed with the windows up on a hardtop)?

The flippers are held in by screws straight up into the roof. Its not terrible to get them out. The springs are a little tricky but can be done. Do one at a time so you have an example to look at. Chuck
