The CTCI Thunderbird Resto Manual suggest Seymour EN44 as the closest match to original. If you can't find it at an auto parts store try a Marine Supply.
It can be ordered on line also.

Bill Hirsch in Newark, NJ has the red in both spray cans and in quarts (brush on).  I think I got the spelling correct.  They do mail order.
